1 cup butter (2 sticks) - melted
3/4 cup granulated sugar (white)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Blend 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl with mixer
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 package (big box) vanilla pudding mix (you can also use chocolate pudding for extra love)
2 cups dark chocolate chips (or use white if you use the chocolate pudding mix)
add 2 tbls milk (at the end)
Be sure to put dough in fridge in between batches.
Put cookie sheet under cold water nd dry between batches.

Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes. Cook Naked, Serve bare, with milk.
I got this recipe from a friend who said it was a family tradition, until her husband pulled me to the side and said her "family tradition" was reading magazines about cookies.
