I am not going to try and be more eloquent than the many commentators who have addressed this day with such sincerity and depth.  I am just sharing my favorite talk-show host's comments.

I had friends dislocated, scared, and impacted in many ways while I, for the most part, was a sad, but distant observer.  My heart goes out to all  who suffered more than I, and I pray that we, as a nation, can move forward, still united, still a leader in trying to do right even when we stumble, and stand strong for what is best in all of us, an urge to serve, to support those who struggle, and rally around those left behind when others are called on to give their all.
