Stayed home sick today

Still feel vile. Ugh. Head starts pounding every time I stand up, and my back still really aches. Is this the flu? I don't know, but I feel like crap. I'm going to try to make it in tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

In better news, my grandmother, who along with my dad is also sick, was just discharged from the hospital after being admitted with pneumonia. She is recovering at home now, and I hope we all feel completely better soon!

Good luck to R with your appointment tomorrow! I hope you are able to make it and get your poor back looked at.
