The worst game ever. I'm not kidding.

Patrick and I were talking about something last night, and I'd mentioned that some article I'd read earlier in the day had featured screenshots from a horrible game for Microsoft's Kinect system. It was an awful Star Wars bastardization complete with minigames that included an effing DANCE OFF between various characters and the worst song lyrics you've ever heard in your life. He looked it up and there was actually a Gamespot review of it. We watched it and laughed the whole way through, except when we were cringing at our childhood memories being bludgeoned to death.



Absolutely terrible. WHY was this made? Awful awful awful. Lucas, you owe me a new pair of retinas. And eardrums, come to think of it. The comments on various video postings for this game are just the best:

• I DON'T WANT TO LIVE ON THIS PLANET ANYMORE
• god please someone tell me this is fake
• Look on the bright side, it can't possibly get worse
• Anyone think its [sic] odd that he's doing a jig in the same room he was captured and carbonited in? There's getting over it, and then there's taking the piss george...
• That's the worst thing I've seen since hearing the dialogue in Episode II.
• when this dancing mini game was announced i felt a disturbance in the force. As if millions of gamers suddenly cried out in terror... and then were silenced (by its raw stupidity).

Ah, me. The chortles I got out of this were just stellar. I'm so glad I didn't buy this.
