Is it just me, or is her butt on backward?

I've been enjoying rifling through the Fashion Week faux pas that have been piling up on Go Fug Yourself lately, and this one in particular perplexed me. I can't decide whether it's just her head that's on backward, her entire torso and rear, or some combination. This is not a good design, regardless. If it makes a 100-lb model look like that, how abominable would the rest of us look in it?

See? WEIRD. Plus she has no breasts, so it kind of looks like that's her back.

I find this entire outfit really confusing. Like if MC Escher designed it. Is she pregnant? Is she deformed? You just don't know.
