I absolutely love this dress. I would wear it if I could afford it and it fit me. I have no idea who designed it (Edit: Zuhair Murad, apparently), but Gwen's rocking it (with terrible hair) at some Oscars shindig or other.

I would wear my hair down and loose in big curls with this or in side buns with chopsticks in them. Either would be preferable to Bouffant Land up there.
