Back to work... oh, wait...

It's Monday afternoon on the west coast, and, instead of working on the January monthly report, which is always due two days before I turn it in, I'm eating a late lunch in the post-coital glow of little quickie on the couch.  Afterwards, as we were getting dressed, my wife turned to me and said, "You'll never want to go to work again, will you?"

"Nope!"

But then reality struck.  I said that I thought of a great idea for the trampoline.

"Trampoline?" she said, "Haven't we checked that off the list?"

I laughed it off in the moment but that comment reflected a great deal of our problems.

"Haven't we checked that off the list?"

Yes, it was fun, I came like crazy, it was exciting, but we are done.
I liked it, sure, but do we really h ave to do it again?
Get away from there, you did that already.

If something is fun, do it again!!!


Oh well, I'm not complaining...too much....I just want a little more enthusiasm I guess.
