On other notes, I'm finally taking down the Christmas lights, my wife and daughters are out at a doctor's appt, and the weather is beautiful.

What are my goals for the year?

The same as every year, more running, fucking, smiling, sleeping, writing, reading, playing, laughing, blogging, flirting, learning, working, and more time for the banjo.

I need less whining, crying, eating, TV watching, bitching, complaining, and all that negative stuff.

Specifically I need to drop 20 pounds, finish my short story, write my novella, outline my musical (finish the lyrics and story line), and complete my project management exam to wrap that stuff up.
